Aftenposten is the largest newspaper – Norway
The latest readership figures are now out and they show not surprisingly, that the online channels are the winners with an increase of both readers and users. This means that Aftenposten, as a media house, is increasing the total coverage. The morning edition, evening edition, Aftenposten.no and the mobile edition have in total about 1,1 million users/readers every day, and cover about 29% of the whole country which is an increase of 1% compared to same period last year.
Aftenposten has recaptured the throne as Norway’s largest newspaper – the newspaper with the highest circulation!
620 000 persons say that they read Aftenposten’s online version on a daily basis, this is a growth of 12% and only 43 000 daily readers separate now the print and online edition.

Good results for ELLE - Finland
Elle Finland circulation rate is now at 35 982 copies! This is an amazing growth of 26%!
The magazine has also increased its readership figure to 140 000 readers which represents growth of 15.7%! ELLE Finland yet again experienced the biggest growth of all women’s magazines in Finland!

New readership figures show that ELLE USA has achieved the highest evolution by far in its competitive set. With an evolution of 18.4%, ELLE has gained 952’000 readers in the space of a year, bringing its total readership to 6’123’000.

ELLE UK has won its 7th award since 2008 at the D&AD Awards 2010: the Yellow Pencil Award in Magazine & Newspaper Design/Entire Magazines for the October 2009 issue.
Russia:
ELLE’s audience in Russia has growth to 730’940 people which is the highest result amongst the country’s fashion magazines, according to the latest data from TNS Russia.
Italy:
ELLE Italy has obtained 45% of readership with a monthly household income superior to EUR 2’650; Vogue possesses 40%, and Marie-Claire 37% thus making ELLE Italy the first choice glossy for high income earners.

ELLE Spain continues to growth with a circulation increase of 7% and a readership increase of 6%
Netherlands:
The latest circulation figures for ELLE Netherlands reveals a growth of 5%. This brings the magazine’s circulation figure up to 84’000 copies per month.
Finland:
ELLE Finland received fantastic new readership figures which show an amazing increase of 15%! This brings the total readership up to 121’000.

Aftenposten’s circulation Monday-Saturday is 242’061 and VG has 237’166. This means that 4895 copies separate the newspapers and Aftenposten is in the lead!
Sweden:
Orvesto Consumer 2010:1 figures have been released and Dagens Nyheter is growing!
Dagens Nyheter remains the position as the largest subscribed morning paper with the largest subscription revenues and the highest degree of average paid copies among the Stockholm papers. At the same time Dagens Nyheter maintains and enhances the position as the largest quality daily in Sweden with 919’000 readers on Sundays.
The Dagens Nyheter national readership is growing with 10.000 readers on weekdays and 25’000 readers on Sundays. At the same time the increase of Dagens Nyheter readers in Stockholm is 22’000 on weekdays and 28’000 on Sundays.
Dagens Nyheter has 64’000 more readers than Metro in Stockholm, 249.000 more readers than Stockholm City and 295’000 more readers than Svenska Dagbladed.
